My fiancé and I met Michael at an open house last summer and were immediately impressed by his professionalism and attitude towards a young couple looking for their first home. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and patient, having guided two new homebuyers through every step of the way. He provided us with advice on things to look out for during viewings, while also asking the listing agents further details incase we had any follow up questions after leaving. Michael was always very honest to us with his opinions and looked out for our best interest, we did not feel pressured by him. His attention is detail is impeccable. He helped us analyze countless strata and property documents and always compiled a summary with the key points highlighted. This attention to detail was crucial as it helped us chose a home that we were 100% confident in, instead of picking based on their appearance.
